Financial Policy
Payment is due at the time of treatment. We have several forms of payment available to you:
- Cash
- Credit Cards
- Checks
We will bill your insurance and accept their reimbursement. We do ask that you pay the portion that is estimated from your insurance as out of pocket at your appointment time. We will make every effort to insure that the insurance reimbursement is correct. You will be billed for any differences after insurance pays.
We are members of Care Credit. Care Credit is a medical credit card that allows you to pay for your dental treatment over a period of time with no interest involved. The payments can be spread over a 6, 12, or 18 month time period. It is very easy to apply for Care Credit online.
Dental Insurance
We accept all forms of dental insurance. We are in-network with all Delta Dental Premier Plans.
In this ever changing world of dental insurance, we make every effort to contact your insurance company and get a break down of your benefits. We may not be in-network with your insurance company but that doesn’t mean you cannot come here as a patient. Most insurance companies still allow for you to be a patient wherever you want. We make a complete effort to retrieve that information so that you can make an informed decision about where your insurance may help you the best. If you have any question, please feel free to call.
